How to check if the device is in warranty period ?
-   Product Warranty: 12+3 month from manufacture date
-   Accessories contained within the original O2 branded gift box: 6+3 month from device's manufacture date
Note :  Manufacture date could be checked from Serial number, which could be found on the back of device under battery.

Bought in Thailand

O2 provides local warranty to their customers. The device that hand carried across country, won't be covered by warranty.

Not damaged/malfunctioned by misuse, impact from external pressure and moisture stain inside/outside the device

Never been repaired by unauthorized repair agent

If you check 4 in every above , then your device is covered by warranty. If not please check non-warranty repair.

Non-warranty repair

1) The device, isn't covered by warranty, will be opened and evaluated.
2) The repair or replacement quotation will be sent to customer.
- Prices: Vary by the nature of the repair and model
- Period: Quotation will be sent by e-mail or fax within 2 working days after device is received by repair center,
  please indicate your contact preference and include all necessary information on the handset transferring form.
3) The repair or replacement won't be made until customer's confirmation is received.
4) The repair or replacement will be completed within 2 days after repair confirmation is received by repair center,
    unless there is the spare part shortage.

Out of Box Failure ( Returns )

The O2 Device Service Guarantee - 14 Days "Out-of-box" failure policy.

If your O2 Device experiences a product fault within 14 days from Purchase you can return it with the original sales
receipt to the retailer within the original country of purchase for a Swap. This offer is available in Singapore , Hong Kong,
Malaysia , Australia , Thailand , Indonesia - conditions apply for further details please see below:

Out Of Box Failure ( Return )

Only purchases through our authorised channels will be recognised.

A product will be considered OBF provided that:

1. The Product has no more than one hundred and twenty (120) minutes on the call timer.
    (Note: This procedure is not applicable in Australia)

2. The product is not functioning as it should or has a fault Out of Box

    - Device does not turn on even when fully charged
    - Device is Faulty - Proven Software or Display malfunction (More than 3 bright/dead pixels or more than 2 adjacent
       bright/dead pixels are found on the LCD display. Refer to Display Policy for details.)

3. The Product is not cosmetically damaged or overly worn - following checks to be carried out.

    - Scratch free LCD and casing
    - Overall no Wear and Tear
    - Stylus not damaged
    - Reset buttons not tampered with

4. The Product is returned by the customer to the Point of Sale, with all of the following: proof of purchase
    (purchase receipt), external packaging, internal packaging, all parts within box when it was sold incl. manuals, CD,
    accessories.

5. The date of purchase is within four months of manufacturing date.
    Note: This procedure is not applicable in Australia)

Details of the process:

The customer can either call the O2 help desk and following trouble shooting is advised that the product is OBF and
should be returned to the Point of Sale (POS) or return with the faulty product direct to the Point of Sale (POS) with a product
problem at which time it is established the unit is Out of Box Failure (OBF). with a product problem at which time it is
established the unit is Out of Box Failure (OBF).

In either case the product, once established to be OBF, will be swapped like for like out of existing POS stock.
