For your own convenience, please
1) back up your data before dropping your device (all data will be gone after all kind of repair)
2) check your repair status
- 1 day after drop your device at drop point
- 3-4 days after drop your device at point of purchase or SiS
3) don't come to pick up your device before appointment (device only sent to drop point on certain time)
4) call to leave message at 02 615 4924 or send e-mail to repair@scmsemitech.com when you have
any inquiry.our staffs are scheduled to call you back during 9.00-10.00 am and 14.00-15.30 pm.
