Customer Service Manager

Job Description :

  • Responsible for day-to-day operation of a repair center of ICT products (e.g. PDA, Mobile Phones)

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in related areas.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Energetic, motivated, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, a strong sense of responsibility.
