Customer Service Administrator

Job Description :

  • Implement client requirements by implementing business procedure through coordination with the clients, the engineering team, product manufacturer and other internal teams.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as prepairing product repair report and inventory report.
  • Manage spare part inventory.
  • Ensure a smooth daily operation.
  • From time to time, handle customer service issues and complaints.

Qualifications :

  • Male/Female, Age 20 years old.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Service mind, effective communication skills and pleasant personality.
  • Computer literacy : MS.Office, Internet/Email.
  • Prior experience and knowledge in customer service field will be a plus.
